LYS Day is behind us (officially on April 26th), and there’s some good news—and just a bit of bad news. Let’s start with the bad news: Three Sheep was closed on April 26th. That’s because it was the final day of our knitting retreat in Lititz, PA (we apologize for not factoring in LYS Day when we scheduled the retreat).
Now for the good news: Three Sheep is hosting a LYS Day Re-View day, one week after the official event!
Bring your knitting and come hang out with us! By attending, you'll be eligible for door prizes, and with a $20 purchase, you'll receive the official LYS Day pin (while supplies last).

Let this retreat be a time to take care of you, a disconnect from the daily grind, and the internet (although Wi-Fi is available throughout the lodge). Give yourself time to enjoy nature up-close and personal on the water or on many hiking trails throughout the park or choose to enjoy the scenery from the comfort of your personal balcony or knit in one of the many cozy spaces throughout the lodge. You’ll have time to make new friends and widen your knitting community.
Knitting instruction each morning. Afternoons allow you the option to enjoy the park with us or choose to take personal time to follow your own path and desires for the day.
We’ll gather before dinner at the Wildlife Lounge, sharing our adventures and discoveries from the afternoon. Following dinner, our knitting room will be open to enjoy time together, develop our knitting, friendships, and sense of well-being.
Of course, you’ll receive yarn required for the class projects and an unrivaled goody bag full of treats and tools that will be useful for the retreat projects and future knitting.
Join us for a lavish knitting retreat in a quaint small town in Lancaster County Pennsylvania. We’ll be staying at The Wilbur, chocolate factory turned boutique hotel. Our shared meals will be both at The Wilbur and a few neighborhood restaurants.

The Berroco Year Long Blanket MKAL (MYSTERY Knit-along) is great way to learn new skills, build on the skills you have, or just make a blanket a block at a time! Starting in January 2025, Berroco will be releasing one to two patterns for blanket squares each month throughout 2025. As the year progresses, the techniques for the squares will grow increasingly intricate, offering both challenge and delight for knitters of all skill levels. The squares will utilize texture, cable, lace, and colorwork techniques, because variety is the spice of life!

Have fun playing with the spots of color in Dash for the Summit cowl. Worked from the bottom up, the cowl features slight shaping and fun colorful bobbles. We’ll introduce (or review) the techniques used and a few alternative techniques.

At Three Sheep we're going to call it a Small Business Weekend. There will be extended hours on
Saturday from 10-4 and we'll also be open on Sunday Dec 1st from 12-4.
There are numerous methods to support small businesses. The most common is to regularly patronize your favorite local and privately-owned stores. Another approach is to opt for checks or cash over credit cards when making purchases. Support for small businesses doesn't always necessitate buying something. Posting an online review, commenting on your purchase, the selection, the atmosphere, the decor, or the community engagement can all enhance a business's online visibility and attract more patrons.
